Put your Skills to the Test

Two practical semesters lasting 6 months each form an integral part of the studies at Fachhochschule Osnabrueck. After the basic study stage (stage I studies) and with the assistance of the university, students find business enterprises or public institutions in the region, in Germany or abroad in which they complete their first placement or internship. During this semester the students are assigned interesting and demanding tasks in which they can apply the scientific knowledge which they have acquired at the Fachhochschule and at partner universities abroad and they get an impression of their prospective career field. The second practical semester takes place at the end of the fourth year and is usually combined with working on the final project and dissertation.
